How It Works:
The video below shows the vaporizer model in action:
It is not complicated. Anyone can do it easily. There is no modification needed to your car engine. A quart size (950 cc) water container is placed under the car hood. Fill it with distilled water and about 4 to 6 teaspoons of pure baking soda. This mini HHO generator kit then gets vacuum and electricity (about 12 volts) from the engine and breaks down the water into Brown’s Gas or HHO as show in the video below.
Brown’s Gas is injected into the engine’s intake manifold, ie carburetor. See the diagram below to understand the set up. The entire design as you can see is simple to assemble, yet effective and completely safe. The entire set of instructions including the HHO generator plans is available in our guide. It will take you no more than 2 hours to set up everything.
The hydrogen generator draws its power from the electrical battery in our cars. You do not need any relays at all. Basically, it makes use of 12 volts of your batter via the ignition switch. This is so that hydrogen production stops together with the engine. It is truly hydrogen power on demand. The generator is fuse protected and uses only about 1 to 3 Amps of current.
As you can see, we make use of stainless steel spiral coils rather than plates. This actually converts water into HHO using lesser electric power from the car battery. The spirals are easily bent to size and uncomplicated to make unless the plates of the older models which required a cutting machinery.
